Barking Wednesday - Dry Skin

Thanks for joining me for my Barking Wednesday post.
Each week I post stuff about my favorite guy...Kingers and his friends.
All kinds of stuff....products - homemade treat recipes - info I have learned over the years, etc.  Info I think is helpful in making sure that every dog lives a fantastic life.

Does your dog have dry itchy skin?  Try these home remedies to help relieve your dog's skin issues.

Chamomile Tea Spray
Make the tea - I use about 10 tea bags to about 5 cups of water.  Then I add tea mixture to 1 gallon of water.  I then place the gallon of water in the fridge.  I have a spray bottle
that I add the tea mixture and spray Kingers.  I keep the spray bottle in the fridge also.  Feels great on Kingers skin when ever he has skin issues.

Buy Vitamin E tables or Vitamin E in a bottle.  Rub a small amount on your dogs irritated area.  Works great to help cure skin irritation.

If you dog does NOT have a allergy to Oatmeal..you can make a Oatmeal paste to place on his skin.  Take Baby Oatmeal cereal add water to make a paste. Leave the paste on for about 15 minutes then rinse off with warm water.  Rinse well to make sure you remove all oatmeal.  Natural itch relief.

If you have a good home remedy for your dog please share.  I am always looking for helpful ways to make life easier and happier for my Kingers. Please email me at deda.studios@yahoo.com with your dog home remedies.
