Crock-Pot Italian Sausage served over Montebello Organic Pasta

Italian Sausage Crock-Pot Style

Super Easy and delicious!

10 Italian Sausage (you can make as many as you like - I made 2 pounds)
4 cut up green peppers
1 roasted red pepper
1 large sweet onion
2 cans of diced tomatoes (I used tomatoes seasoned with garlic and basil)
Italian Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon Crushed Garlic

Add all ingredients to the crock-pot - turn on high for 8 - 10 hours.  Serve over Montebello Organic pasta.

Delicious easy meal!
