Oatmeal Raisin Cranberry Cookies

Oatmeal Raisin Cranberry Cookies
2 Sticks of Soft Butter
1 Cup of packed Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Pure Vanilla
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup of Sugar
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 Cups of Flour
3/4 Cup of Raisins
3/4 Cup of Dried Cranberries
3 1/4 Cups of Old Fashioned Oatmeal

Heat over to 350 degrees. Mix together butter, sugar and brown sugar until nice and creamy. Gradually add eggs and vanilla.  Continue to mix until well blended. In a 2 cups measuring cup mix baking soda, salt and flour. Gradually add dry ingredients to the butter sugar egg mixture. Blend well.  Then with a spoon mix in raisins, dried cranberries, and oatmeal.  Mix very well.  It is very important to make sure that the oatmeal is mixed into the batter.

I use a teaspoon to drop the cookies on a ungreased cookie sheet.  Bake for 10 - 13 minutes until they are nicely brown around the edges. ENJOY!
