Blueberry Muffins

Blueberry Muffins

3/4 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Milk
2 Teaspoons of Baking powder
2 Cups Flour
2 Cups Fresh or Frozen Blueberries

In a large mixer blend well sugar and butter. Add eggs one at a time. Gradually add milk to the mixture.  By hand fold in Blueberries.

Evenly divide dough into 12 muffins. I use papers on my muffins - not required. I then topped each muffin with Blueberries and sugar.

These are the Blueberries I froze when Blueberries were in season! TASTY!!! These are old-school muffins....not real sweet and dense. Perfect with a fresh cup of coffee or hot tea!
