Italian Sausage & Peppers

This past week I made the best tasting Peppers and Sausage  - Simple and Fast

Italian Sausage & Peppers



You need:
6 Italian Sausages
Green Peppers - sliced (I use green peppers that I sliced this past summer)
Fresh Mushrooms - sliced
One can of Diced Tomatoes (I used Garlic & Oregano flavored) 
1/4 cup of your favorite wine

Cook sausage in skillet - turning often to prevent burning
When sausage is cooked remove from skillet
Add peppers & mushrooms to skillet - Saute
Add 1/4 cup wine and 1 can of Diced Tomatoes
Mix well - when mixture is well mixed place sausages on top of mixture - cover skillet and let simmer for about 20 minutes
I check often to ensure no burning and to mix up vegetables and to make sure the sausage was in the liquid.
Serve over pasta
