Green Tip of the Day - Oatmeal Bath

Oatmeal Milk Bath

For sensitive skin a oatmeal bath can be a dream come true.  To make the  a oatmeal bath is very simple.

I like to make a large batch at one time.

4 cups of dry powdered milk
2 1/2 cups of Baking Soda
1 1/4 cups of Oatmeal

I add all ingredients to my food processor and pulverize. I then store in a airtight container.

I add about 3/4 cup to a bathtub of warm water. I do not take hot baths because a hot bath will dry out my skin.
