Banana Nut Bread
1 1/4 Cup of Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
2 Eggs
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 stick of softened Butter
1 Cup Sugar
2 - 3 very ripe bananas
Sift dry ingredients together in a bowl - set aside
Cream butter and sugar gradually pour in egg and vanilla. Fold in mashed bananas - fold in the dry ingredients. Do not over mix - make sure all ingredients are wet and no large lumps
Butter a loaf pan - bake 350 degrees for about 50 - 60 minutes - Use a toothpick to test doneness.

1 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
This looks so good. I love banana bread, especially with a thick slather of butter.
