The Art of Having It All by Christy Whitman

Is it possible to have: a passionate marriage; a thriving career; a healthy, beautiful body; more money than you ever dreamed possible, and enough “down” time to enjoy it – without running yourself ragged? The answer is a resounding YES. In this hands-on guide to applying the universal laws of deliberate manifestation, Christy Whitman, Master Law of Attraction coach and mother of two, shows readers that it is not only possible for women to have it all in every aspect of our lives, but to settle for anything less is to deprive ourselves of the true joy, exhilaration and fulfillment of becoming all that we were born to be. Geared specifically toward women who are already living full lives, this book provides cutting edge tools, inspiration, and straightforward advice to support you in more effortlessly and joyfully creating the results you desire – in your body, your finances, career and intimate relationships – and from a relatable authority who has “been there and done that.”

If you are like me and want to improve your quality of life in all areas - this is a must read.
Creation from the inside out – Over the years I have learned that I make my days good or bad. No one else - nothing else - only me. I tell everyone I really do not think I have had a bad day - Sad Day YES - Bad NO.  The book is full of such meaning quotes.

"The higher our vibrational field, the faster, easier and more spontaneously our it and all gets drawn into our experience."

Gosh there is so much in this book that has meaning to me....."Nothing can happen until you start paying attention to you, and this means listening to your emotions rather than trying to resist, suppress, ignore or deny them."  This was hard for me when I was younger. Family and wants of others always came first before me. Now after years I have learned that in fact I do come first. Sounds selfish but once I became first now I have so much more to give to others.

I really liked the Play Sheets for each chapter. They gave me the opportunity to focus on what I read and turn what I read into how it affects me.  Christy Whitman's  play sheets were very uplifting in the fact that they gave me a thought process that gave me a path. Sounds corny I know but - that is really the only way I can explain what I took from the play sheets.

In the The Art of Having It All I found inspiration and positive. It made me think and helped me to realize ways in which I can make a positive difference for me.  I plan to continue to use The Art of Having It All as a reference tool for improving my quality of life. I have downloaded the book on my phone as a reminder of my "It"

One thing I do know is that I have so much more to learn about me.  You would think that after 60 years  - I would know just about everything about me. But nope – as I age I learn more and more.  The Art of Having It All will definitely help me on my learning journey.
